Your AP account number is unique, and it helps us to better classify your package(s) once received at our Miami office.

Always remember to write it next to your name, or on the second line of your shipping address when making a purchase on the Internet.

If you forget to include it, you must track your package(s) with the tracking information provided by the merchant. Once you determine the item has been delivered in our Miami office, e-mail servicioalcliente@aeropaq.com with a copy of the invoice, tracking number and AP number.  This helps us in identifying the item and assign it to your account.
